I (aka Andrew from Bentleigh East) called Thomas Airconditioning when our ducted gas heating wouldn’t turn on. The technician Anthony arrived within the advised same day timeframe (the SMS advice before he arrived was great!). Very professional and super friendly Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix with no major issues. Some additional work may be required and Anthony clearly advised why.  Anthony kindly offered to provide a quote on this.

Our gas ducted heating system suddenly stopped working last week, and so we contacted Thomas Air Conditioning to attend to rectify the fault.
From the time of speaking with the receptionist to the following day of attendance by the technician, the service received was both prompt and professional. A quotation for the replacement part required was received virtually within an hour from the time the technician left our home.
Notwithstanding the high level of service and care provided by Thomas Air Conditioning when assessing the fault, after careful thinking, we decided not to proceed with the repair.
The reason for not going ahead with the repair was purely because we only very recently installed reverse cycle inverter split system units to most rooms within our home, and these have proved efficient for our needs.
Had we not had near new reverse cycle split systems installed throughout our home, we would not have hesitated to proceed with the quoted repair as received.
